Don't go there if you're BLACK, ordered my pizza online so i wouldn't have to wait got there at around 3:53 pm when i got there... i was told to wait someone would be right with me(which was nice) so i sat down and waited, not long at least 5mins...then awhite lady came in and got her order RIGHT AWAY, while my order was ready and waiting as well, had i not gotten up and saidsomething i would've still been ignored for another 5mins! Two guys and a young lady were in there all around there mid20's. Would have been wiser to ask: "Are you picking up or placing an order instead putting me on the side" Just a suggestion! Read more
This Domino takes too long to process your order. Imagine ordering your food and delivery arrive 1 and 1/2 hour later. SMH.
The manager Chris needs Human Resources training. He was verbally abusive to his employees, yelling obscenities at them in front... of customers. This is inappropriate behavior and this person should NOT be in any management role. Poor leadership skills. The employees were courteous despite of the abuse. Read more
they delivered the wrong order, tried calling them and no one answered but when i showed up to the store everyone was joking... around and playing games. they took back the pizza which my family had already touched because they didn?t know it wasn?t ourstil i saw and told them, and put it back on the shelf. then when the lady who was supposed to get the order we got came, theygave her the old pizza which is actually so disgusting, and when she left they all gave each other a pat on the back like it wasa job well done. Placed order via app within minutes of arriving pizza was done ahead of time. Facility was clean. Ran out of 2 liter orange soda... but manager was kind enough to let me have the ai hole serves for replacement. Pizza was hot and delicious. Read more
I ordered from this location and waited 3 hours for a delivery that never came after countless times of calling and trying to... get in contact with the store, I had to place a brand new order for them to call me and tell me that this new order they would.It be able to deliver which I said that?s fine but why about my order from 8 pm that?s been 3 hrs the manager assured me that itwas out for delivery and would arrive shortly however that never happened, I?ve tried calling back for two days and have yet tohave my calls answered. I don?t know what kind of establishment is being ran here but if they?re unable to Meet demands theyshould at least be honest with their customers and shut down the store until they are fully staffed or able to handle what theyadvertise. I placed an order at 1:15 pm. I received my order at 4:20PM! I paid for my order online , however when the driver arrived he... demanded I pay him in cash . I let the driver know to call the manager to confirm my payment . The driver made a scene at mydoor ( CORPORATE IF YOUR READING THIS I HAVE THE VIDEO) the driver didn?t realize I have cameras all over my house ! The managercalls me back and let?s me know they have no track of my order .I let him know thy the driver was making a scene and accusing meof trying to get free food ! The manager his name is Chris said not to speak of his employee! He did not let me explain . Thedriver was screaming in my front lawn. The whole thing was crazy and embarrassing! Locations phones doesn't work and had not worked for a long time. If you place an order there via internet you will not need... able to modify or cancel that order unless you go to the store in person. They purposefully don't answer the phone. Read more
