Usually quick service. Every time the drive through window attending is really nice and friendly (not always same person). The... food is of course standard for all DDs so service is what makes the difference. And service at this location is great. Read more

This dunkin should just close down already. I have gone thru the drive thru several times after 3pm and they ignore you. Have to... drive to window to put your order in. I wonder if managerment even cares or know that the black man that works there is so rudelike you are bothering them while they pretend to work. I get to the window to order and he said that they do not have cold brewor anything else, this has happened on three occasions they just want you to leave. The best Dunkin? Donuts thus far! We?re from Georgia and while vacationing in South Florida came in for breakfast. The food was... perfect and the staff was super friendly, starting make conversations and jokes about our Marlins and Braves hats which wasgreat for our kids and made us feel like in this location the staff is focused on providing great service! Zero stars if I could. This is my local Dunkin? and every time I TRY to give it a chance I instantly regret it. The ATTITUDE.... THE RUDENESS. it?s insane. It?s almost as if you?re bothering them with your orders. Not to mention all drink orders alwaystaste disgusting. ???? Last night I tried, again. It was 6:45pm and I drove in the drive thru twice. Said ?hello? into thespeaker idk how many times and nothing. Went to the window and nothing. Place looked deserted and closed. I pull over and theemployee was sitting down on on the opposite end with her phone charger plugged into the wall and using her phone. (Picturebelow cus enough) She didn?t even bother to look up. One of the worst Dunkin in my area!!! Drive through takes at least 30 mins -45mins to order. Going inside makes no difference as... the staff has not sense or urgency. Driving to another Dunkin a little further is a much better option. I hope management takessteps to improve the customer experience. Read more
