Check. Your. Order. Don't just open the bag and see if all items are there I mean open the bag and unwrap whatever and make sure... it has all components and isn't burned. This is shameful. The associate must have have seen it was burnt and still wrapped itand put it in my hand. I also had a whole conversation about the maple bacon vs pepper bacon vs regular bacon with one of staff.I get home, and my burnt croissant had no bacon at all, if this was a joke/prank it was elaborate and well done. Poor customer service. July 31, 8:25 am. The lady with tattoos on her arms told me the oven was down and they had no food. I... asked if I could just have a plain un toasted bagel and I was told ?We don?t have that? I actually heard her laugh over thespeaker. ???? This will be the last time I will be going there! This is the worst place to go to for donuts I love Dunkin? Donuts but I?ve never in my life order a burned bagel. I called the... manager no response. Breakfast sandwiches are always mostly cold or don?t have any. It 8:00 am. After this I will never go back.Just drive 5 miles out the way received better services. Read more
Great customer service. Naomi and staff were so nice. Truly went the extra mile to help us. The place is clean and full of... smiles and more. We will be back for sure. Today we got a gift card and she even told us about the envelope and wrote the namefor us. My handwriting is terrible. Anyway you should give this location a try. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin I've been to by far. I've been several times (only because it's unfortunately the closest) and the... service has been awful. On the door it says they're open until 7pm but doors were locked today at 6:25pm. Employees insidepointed for me to go through the drive thru even after clearly seeing me holding a baby and toddler that I had already gottenout of the car (I should have left at that point but I had promised my toddler a donut). I drove through only for them totell me there that they're only selling drinks. I explained that I just wanted to order one donut for my kid and they said theydon't have any donuts after 6:30 (It was 6:31 at this point). I had just seen a ton of donuts through the window so I askedagain and finally they gave me 2 donuts. I've been to other Dunkin locations around the same time of day and never had aproblem. They acted very put out to have a customer and were overall rude and unpleasant, so I'll drive farther to go somewhereelse next time. Read more
There is one really problematic employee, Lourdes, who is always fighting with customers. She?s very rude and yells at them at... least once a week when I?m there. I?ve never had to deal with her thankfully - until today. Today I asked them to put my foodextra time to toast bc my food was soggy, and after telling me they?re already toasted enough and she wouldn?t because ?it?scompany policy and I?m only doing it as a favor, because we?re not supposed to take special requests?, she shut the drive-thruwindow in my face as I was talking to her. Super disrespectful. I?ve been coming here twice a week for over a year and no otheremployee has ever had a problem with toasting my food. Since this is my local DD I've had great experiences and terrible ones. I won't go into detail but maybe some employees need... additional training on how to make treat customers and make beverages as well as follow the cdc guidelines on how to properlywear a mask. However, some shifts are efficient and very kind which is why I keep coming back. Read more
This place is horrible. Food was disgusting, they forgot almost everything. Lourdes the manager was the most disgusting and... disrespectful person i?ve ever had an encounter with. I?m 17 years old and i was ordering and my car wasn?t the closest to thespeaker to order and i was talking loudly to say my order and she said ?you don?t have to scream, i don?t have to serve you andyou can turn around?.
