I ordered a steak soup and 5 wings with celery and blue cheese. First the soup was extremely thick and had rice, the meat was... cut into tiny pieces, this to me looked and seemed like canned soup, also badly salty. When you dine in the soup has no rice andhas nice size pieces of meat. On the wings , I did not receive the celery or blue cheese and I was charged. There were 2 wingsthat had feathers at the end of them, needles to say I was disgusted and dissatisfied. I am writing this review for the takeout,when I have gone in to dine I have never had issues. Great location, staff is very welcoming. Wait times to be seated are to be expected (as with most Flanigan's locations) and the... bench seats are a bit smaller than usual (only relevant if you have hyperactive kids like myself). Food items are always greatbut drinks are so-so. Read more

Four stars on here does not mean anything negative at all. Most Flannigans locations are almost always on point. What makes the... Flannigans restaurants so successful? Consistency. For the most part 90% of the time you will not regret going to any of theirlocations. Is it the most amazing cuisine you?ll ever have? Maybe not, but on the other hand for an average price restauranttheir quality and service is always above average and that?s definitely good enough for me and the rest of the world that keepsmost of their locations with an hour long wait to get in during rush hour dinner times almost every day of the week. Last nightI had the Cajun shrimp with pasta, I never tried this dish before so I thought I?d give it a shot. I was gladly surprised to seethat it came with some mixed vegetables in the pasta with the shrimp. I do enjoy veggies with my food. Everything was served hotand fresh all the flavors and textures were the way they should be and I was a happy camper. Had a nice Stella on draft duringhappy hour for a little over four dollars and change not a bad deal at all. Stella is one find lady that never leaves mesad????. In final, my two favorite locations for Flannigans are the Silver Lakes location in Pembroke Pines and in the Westinlocation. With that said all Flannigan?s locations are always a safe go to. I went here in a Saturday afternoon. Service and food was great. The hostess was very kind a dated us quickly. The manager on... duty even introduced himself. Our waitress was really friendly and attentive. She checked up on us multiple times, refilled ourdrinks and even brought extra napkins without asking. All of us had ordered the ribs which were cooked to perfection. Literallyfell of the bone which made it super easy to just eat it with a fork and knife. By far the best service we?ve received at a Flanigan?s. Michael took care of us & he was genuinely amazing. Very polite &... checked on us multiple times. He was extremely nice to our boys & even arm wrestled with them before we left. We will definitelybe coming back thanks to the great service. Read more

I don?t know where to post this, but y?all need to do the Rib Run. It is so much stinking fun. And you get to eat ribs and beer... at 9am. Last week I ordered 2 full rack ribs, for my surprise when I opened the container there was a hair on it, and that?s totally... disgusting. I called immediately asking for refund, and talked with the manager, he said that he could placed and other orderbut I lived 40 minutes away from that restaurant, so I said I can?t go back I had to throw it away that food so $52 dollars tothe trash. I call again after one week and the manager Michael said that he could do one of the ribs not two, so I asked forrefund and he do not want to give me the refund just another order, after that I just don?t want to do another order, he saidthat?s not credible(about the hair) so I?m lying?
