I have visited this McDonald?s twice so far each experience that I have had with this location has not been pleasant I have been... there twice and I was unable to successfully place an order because there no organization at this particular McDonald?s at allthey are always busy. I stood there at the counter for at least 10 - 15 mins trying to place a order (Kiosk for debit/creditcard was down) once I was acknowledged by the manager I still had to wait until I decided this was unacceptable. They have noreal organization everybody was mainly focusing on the drive through line.. Read more
I wish I could give this McDonald?s zero stars unfortunately, one star is the least that I can give them. I have been visiting... this McDonald?s for years and years and years and unfortunately lately the customer service the quality and the cleanliness hasgone downhill tremendously. Today when I went to visit and purchase food, I realized when I was picking up the food there wasone item missing. When I double check my receipt, I saw that the item was not charged and as a courtesy I asked if I couldplease purchase it at the window the manager, Jessica refused. To purchase additional food I had to make the line again. Thishas never happened to me before, normally, if there was something that I wanted to add as a courtesy, they were just added,especially when it?s an item that they have sitting premade. Later on I got home and I continue thinking about this and I wantedto speak with someone a little bit higher above Jessica who is the store manager and she refused to give me the phone number forher boss. My one year old consumed this drink on 10/06/2022 he has experienced vomiting literally all night the store is located in... Pembroke Pines Fl Chapel Trail location. They wouldn?t answer the telephone so when I went back the manager was very very rudeand did not assist me with this matter. I have been in the emergency with my child since last night trying to find out what theheck this substance is. We ordered 2 drinks but my daughter didn?t drink hers and they both had the same substance in them. Read more
As a local of the area, and regular going, this McDonald's is a 3 stars due to the fact that there orders are regularly messed... up, and customer service is not great (Note: Managers aren't good, the regular employees are hard workers) but they usually messup orders, regularly leave you at the drive through waiting and give a poor excuse like "Oh, I'm sorry usually people like towait before they order", even though they kept taking orders from the 2nd order machine. But I love McDonald's and the workers(not managers) are what make it a 3 stars. If your not a local then this is 4 starts, recommended. Read more
This is the second time I have ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon with no onions. Yesterday it had no bacon that I... paid for and today it had no bacon and had the onions which I asked to be taken off. I didn't have time to go back since I wason break and waited 10 mins in line for my food. Please make sure your employees are giving out the right items to the correctcustomers especially since the meal I paid for is more expensive and didn't get the correct item. Read more
Service is hit or miss. Today at break took them 20min for an order of burger, 10 nuggets and a drink. Even someone order after... me got their order before me. Only 3 customers inside and none in the drive-thru. Disorganization. Ordered before anothercustomer, similar orders burger and drinks, and he got serve first. My ordered was place first online and his was through thewalk-in. Photo shows my order 1644 and his. On the other pictures shows his order been served first before mine.
