Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted and seated. My server, Faith, came right after with a menu and a fresh,... hot, delicious piece of bread. Faith made an excellent recommendation to which I followed. The food arrived in less than 7minutes and looked as good as it tasted. The Brussel Sprouts were so good. The Bloomin Chicken was hot and fresh and the saucewas the perfect complement to the savory chicken. I never had to ask for a refill of my beverage. If I eat Outback it's usually at this location. I enjoyed my meal and the blooming shrimp is highly recommended by me. My steak... is usually more seasoned but the quality of meat was great so it was good either way. Hopefully next time they have some 57sauce. While the steak doesn't "need" it... I do enjoy dipping a few slices of steak in there. Read more
I was thinking since this was a fairly new outback location it would be better, but it's lacking in service, taste and... cleanliness. Coming in I noticed the floor of the restaurant was dirty and the tables were also dirty. I had to wipe our tableand seats down. The restaurant was daily empty so I was thinking our waitress would check on us often, but that wasn't thecase. We didn't even get water refills. We ordered a Blooming Onion, it wasn't cooked through. Our Cesar Salad had brownish redpieces of lettuce. I ordered a mixed veggies and a ribeye steak. The veggies lacked seasoning, my steak was under seasoned aswell and over cooked. The Potato Soup was delicious and the bread was warm and delicious. Not sure I will be coming back tothis location. This place is reliably unreliable! Only reason why I ordered from this place again after I vowed to never eat from this place... again is because I had a gift card? I think the food could only be more soggy if it was run under a sink? food is always wilted,soggy and looks and tastes terrible? I was hoping to be surprised with good food but as usual was incredibly disappointed? I?vehad Wendy?s delivered that looks more palatable then this! And for a fraction of the cost! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Since the pandemic hit the staff has taken a decent hit as well. I can understand having a short... staff but that does not mean your level of service goes out the window. I ordered dinner tonight for my family not only did wehave to wait an hour and a half to pick up food that stated it was ready at least 10 minutes before we arrived (I received thetext message that my food was ready). My husband ended up getting a rib eye because they ran out of ribs. My sons order waswrong and we did not get our drinks. As we continued to open up the food containers we noticed frozen half cooked fries and thesteak did not fall far from that we ordered well done and that?s what we received on the outside but the inside was still prettyraw and cold parts. I called to let the location know and speak to a manager where I was treated even worse and told there wasno manager on staff then he placed me on hold again ( mind you I was waiting for 25 minutes) and then hung up on me and did notanswer after. This is ridiculous. This wasn?t even the first time our food has been wrong but after this experience I thinkeveryone should know what you are getting yourselves into if you?re ordering food for your family. It is a 80% chance somethingwill be wrong with your order I can almost guarantee it. My father was eating at this location as well some time ago and a roachappeared on the booth right behind him. Outback this is a chain restaurant but the steak quality is very good if you get the top ribeye or fillet the only thing with... the fillet was it was a little thin so it?s very hard to cook it medium rare but the fillet was incredible I got a Pittsburghstyle and these guys really knew what they were doing the salad was delicious and the beer was cold give this place a try itshould be OK you won?t be disappointed also be careful when walking to the bathroom the floor was very greasy they needed adegreaser throughout the restaurant it seems like they didn?t clean the floor properly the night before other than thateverything was excellent service we eat in the bar so we didn?t have to wait otherwise there would?ve been a 20 minute wait soyou can eat at the high top tables or at the bar no waiting Read more
My mom and I were here for lunch, and we had a good experience. We were there shortly after it opened, so there was almost no... one in the restaurant...no wait time! Score!! As we were walking in, we noticed that the floors in the restaurant were a bitslick, but that could be cleaning solution residue. Our server came to our table to take our drink orders and give us menus.When she returned with our ice waters, we both ordered the 6oz sirloin with a side salad and steamed broccoli. Our server askedif we wanted the salads before the meal or with the meal. I love being given that option! We asked to have the salads broughtout with the meal. We didn't wait long for our food. The steak was cooked to perfection, the broccoli was good, and the sidesalad was crisp. We both enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive throughout the meal, but wasn't intrusive. She wasgreat! I love this location. The wait staff is the best. Tonight, we had Karelli who made our anniversary/ date night awesome. She... went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect! Oh! And the food was on point too! Steaks we're perfectly cooked andfull of flavor. Read more
