Less food for more money. This sandwich (bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese on ciabatta) used be almost twice the size as you see... in the picture for almost $1 less. It's not even worth the trip anymore. Further, make sure you ask your cashier if you have anyrewards available, because they don't volunteer that info. You'll have to ask, or check the app yourself. Other than coming upshort on the food and upping the price, the ingredients are always fresh, and made to order. Read more

Very nice Panera as most are. Fairly priced, great quality fresh food and above average service. For takeout, this location is... much better than the old location across the parking lot. But the old location was much better for dine in, so it gets 4 stars. Read more

I love the ambiance and food here! Their serving sizes are more generous than other paneras. The girl Vanessa is very nice and... helpful! Great food and experience. Don?t ask the people in the kitchen for help tho, they are a bit rude sometimes Read more

1 slice of turkey, half a slice of cheese and 2 strips of bacon for $11. I guarantee you have no returning customers.

The restaurant is very clean, however the flat bread pizza I received was terrible. It look as if it was throw together. The... order was done so fast and it was proven in the way the food was presented. When you spend $20 on a pizza and a cup of soup youexpect it to be presentable and edible. Very disappointed!!! Warm inside on this visit... I think the A/C was out, but no signage or apologies. The location is great and the facility... cleaner than the Panera Bread near I75, so I'm still giving it 4 stars. The food was also good. The cashier was not veryenthusiastic and although one of the menu item beverages clearly stated that it was fully loaded with caffeine, she shrugged andsaid it wasn't and she liked it. Again, ignoring this individual, I would visit again. Read more

Ugly salad, ugly service. My daughter talked me into Panera for dinner last night (pick up). Since I?m watching calories... (after too much indulgence on my working ?vacation?) she had to twist my arm. I relented & ordered my favorite Panera menuitem. The picture is the Green Goddess Salad I received when I got home. The service standard is that Chicken comes on thesalad and when this is your one meal for the day (supplementing two protein shakes) you REALLY want the Chicken ???? -especially if you?re passing on their delish bread... No, I wasn?t laughing last night. I called the restaurant 3 times & wasdisconnected each. My daughter told me to forget it, but, after being employed in this industry for a decade, I know that themanagement needs to know if there are errors in the kitchen. Anyway? on ring four Star answered & she seriously asked me aridiculous question before passing me to manager. After getting the Manager Jessica on the phone she apologized & offered toremake or refund which was fair. However, after being a patron of this store (probably 50 orders in, at least, over the lastdecade) I can say with no fear of future contradiction they have probably a 30% error rate on our family orders. I have quitfrequenting this location because of their poor performance. ???? Also, prices for bakery/deli items are too high forrepeating, inconvenient errors. If I?m paying an average $100.+ for a family deli ?to-go? order, it needs to be correct. (Her2 cups of macaroni, one soup & one salad was $46. last night.) Suggestion: On ?to-go? check your order accuracy when picking upbefore you leave. On Uber/delivery pick a different store location. Read more
