The pizza was edible, but definitely have had better Papa John pizza. The thing that did aggravated me. The guy that took our... order. After helping the too customers behind us. He stepped out the front door and smoked a cigarette. Meanwhile as he issmoking within a few feet of the door. A coworker holds the door open while talking too him for a few minutes. The estimatedtime he had given me was up. So as I walk towards the front door he puts out his cigarette, and comes in with me. He goes behindthe counter grabs our pizzas without washing his hands. Worst experience ever you'd think this place was a daycare for special needs individuals because the plating around and... behaviors were atrocious! Did a online order and was told my order was ready to drive all the way there and have to wait 15 minfor my order to actually be ready . The girl at the front didn't even offer to say here's something for your wait they are loudplayful and inconsiderate of peoples time and money will never order from here again not to mention no gloves and taking overfood and playing around while handling peoples orders no organization horrible horrible place ! This Papa John's leaves a lot to be desired, it shouldn't be called that; since it does not meet the standards of this company.... I placed an order and they charged my card. The order never arrived, when I communicated they put me on hold for 30 minutes, andthey had not even taken the order. The manager in charge "Juan" According to him, he could not guarantee my delivery because ofthe order and he did not offer me any help. Ordered a veggie pizza. This what I got.. whoever made it literally just threw all the veggies in the center and every slice... fell apart. I called back and complained so they made me another pizza. When it arrived it literally was made the same way. Thislocation sucks never again . Read more
Need to have a better system. The app tells you that your pizza is ready but they're still running 30 minutes behind I think... there's something wrong with this location. Hopefully corporate will see this and we'll investigate what's going on as tuberunning 30 minutes behind even after your app says that the food is ready. Read more
It was a bad experience on this store, I ordered two toppings medium pizzas with a coupon for $10.99 but this store charged me... $14.99. Listen, I genuinely love papa John's, their pizza tastes great. I guess my only issues are, just like other reviews here, their... employees can sometimes have attitudes, I have gotten deliveries late, and their pizzas don't really look appetizing(althoughthe taste is good), and another thing that bothers me is that 90% of the time they don't even cut the pizza.. I ordered over the phone they told me 15 mins, I went 25 mins later and my order wasn't done had to wait another 8 mins.
