Do not order here if your time matters. I ordered delivery over an hour ago after holding for almost 15-20 min- I was cleaning... while waiting. After placing order in which paid and was promised a delivery time of approximately 45 min. It?s now 2 hourslater and no pizza!! I called and was told my order was placed for take out instead of delivery. How when my payment wasobtained and delivery time promised and address verified? This is not the first time I?ve had terrible service with this papaJohn and their delivery. I guess it?s just pizza!! But time matters, kids waiting. I could have ordered Pizza Hut or doughboys!!! Worst Papa John shop. I visit for an interview and saw staff not happy to work. They give false advertising on Indeed per hour... 7$ not 15-17$ for the delivery driver and lie about mileage being paid back weakly. Do not go or use these business foranything. Ordered 3 pizzas online at 6pm. Didn?t see on the site where to set the pickup time so called in immediately after placing the... order and informed them that I would need the pizzas ready for 7:30 and not 6:15pm. They said it was fine and adjusted the timeto make them. I got to the store at exactly 7:30 and they gave me 3 cold boxes of pizza. I asked the girl at the front(pictured) if the pizzas were just made. She said ?yes?. I asked if they were made for 7:30, she said ?yes?. I asked why are theboxed cold then. Her reply, ?they were just made, it?s probably just the box?? the fact that someone would just flat out lielike that and make something up is beyond me. Definitely not someone that understands the simple laws of thermodynamics and whysomething that is piping hot placed in a box would make the box hot. I opened the box, touched the pizza and it was cold. So ithad been sitting there for easily over 1 hour and some change. I had to speak to the manager on-staff so they could make a newbatch and you better believe I sat there in the store to watch and make sure they didn?t simply reheat my pizzas. Waste of time.Maybe next time I?ll try Dough Boys or Pizza Hut, because this was a joke and staff should not just be making things up likethat. I?m only giving 2 stars because they at least remade the pizzas. Only that?s 15/20 minutes of my life I?m not gettingback. In the end, I did end up getting three hot pizzas, and the manager offered me a free 2 liter bottle of soda to make upfor the lost time. She did also apologize for the wait/delay. Read more
Well... My order came and it was still hot. But the jalapeno popper bites look nothing like they did online. There is no cheese... or cream cheese in them. Just dry bread with jalapenos in it. My breadsticks we're supposed to come with blue cheese dressingbut apparently nobody read the actual order and they just tossed the default pizza sauce in the box. Upside down. Hair in the pizza! Disgusting! The person on the phone said they know who it was, I get to the store and the manager brings all... the "employees" to the front telling me the hair don't match. I told him look close the hair is baked into the cheese. I pulleda long string out of the pizza. He says, no that's no one here, like I went through all this for a $5 refund. What a joke, mykids were completely disgusted and we order pizza from there on the regular but not anymore. Read more
The pizza is so thin you can see right through the dough with the toppings and all and it's EVERY time. It doesn't even hold up... when you pick it up. I don't understand. We waited about an hour which is fine but to pay 40$ for the pizza and delivery feesand then have barely any dough is ridiculous. Read more
