I would give ZERO STARS if possible. I ordered my pizza and it never came to my house. I got a text that it was out for... delivery but nobody came. I waited for two hours and then called the store. After being on hold for 20 minutes someone answeredbut then put me on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up. Me and my kids went to bed hungry and withour dinner . It was too lateto order from another restaurant. This is the worst service in fact it's called NO SERVICE - how to improve? take the order andACTUALLY DELIVER the pizza. I ordered the big dinner box with a cheese pizza and pepperoni. My mother and son loved the boneless wings and pepperoni pizza.... The cheese pizza was for myself, as I do not eat meat. The dough on the bottom of the cheese pizza was not fully cooked. Read more

In the mood for stuffed crust pizza and our local Weston location was closed. Tried this Pembroke Pines location for the first... time and what a pleasant surprise. We picked up the BEST looking and tasting stuffed crust pepperoni and pepperoni and sausagepizza ever. The taste was perfect, it was baked just right, hot out the oven, and the lady at the front was so nice. So happy wetried this location. Sorry, Weston you lost a customer to Pembroke Pines!!! It really was unpleasant. The pizzas I initially received were raw, broken (kind of undercooked) and looking horrible. I... requested the change and they very graciously assisted me and replaced them. The new pizzas looked better, but they did nottaste as usual. Definitely a bad experience that I would not recommend.
