If I can give zero stars I would ( and I?m not saying this to be basic or over dramatic ) but it makes me livid to order over... the phone, speak to direct employee, get to the location, then be told that there is no order under my name or phone number.When I asked if the number I called is correct, I was told that yes it was. So I ask again how is possible that my order is nowhere to be found and that instead I called a call center, so I believe that the call center would be aware of the location thatI?m calling to directly regardless and should direct my order there. I was told by the employee ?Oh I don?t know? practicallythere?s nothing I can do about it nor willing to in my personal opinion. The worst part of the service is not receiving at leasta simple I?m sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing. The service is beyond horrible and disappointing. Food overcooked. Food cold. Missing items. Ordered delivery and only willing to do refund or replace items unless we physically... bring items back ourselves. The point of the delivery is because we are having a party with kids. We can't leave or load a bunchof kids absolutely ridiculous. Read more
I placed an order online and the associate called me shortly after the order was placed to tell me what I order was no longer... available. Instead of improvising he proceeded to say the order would be canceled and the money would return back to my creditcard in 5-7 days. Read more
Easily 2 stars, I got one great pizza here last time, and then I got this. I ordered a large pan crust pepperoni with extra... cheese. This isn?t the right type of crust (or it was cooked absolutely awfully), the slices were completely messed up, I hadone cold bite, and more than a few lukewarm ones as well. I looked at the reviews and decided against the numerous negativereviews. I gave the man a 5 dollar tip regardless. There is no reasonable excuse for this. I will definitely not be eating thereagain after seeing and eating this travesty of a pizza. Do yourself a favor and pick up or Uber eats from another Pizza Hut. Read more
No recommended. Ordered, a large 3$10 and a stuffed crust hand made for both. But instead I get Thin ?N crispy for both. Totally... disappointed of the service as well as the taste of the pizza. This location doesn?t how make a real Pizza Hut taste anymore. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas, Supreme and Cheese Lovers. On the supreme pizza all the toppings were in the one side. Tried to reach them but... it is been and hour and I am still on hold. Moreover there were no safety stickers on the box. Read more
Took over an hour to deliver one pizza 5 minutes down the street . I'm pretty sure the driver sat on the pizza to keep it warm... (it was still cold) and even though there is almost a 5 dollar delivery charge I still tipped the driver . In which he justgrabbed the cash and didn't even ask if I wanted change back nor did he even say thank you... Read more
