I gave this place a chance after a bad experience. To the point where I waited two months after my first bad experience to go... back and give them another chance, but why did I do that? I have never seen a crew, so miserable, so lazy, and hate to be inwork other than this place.. we all have bad days, but not every day. There?s never chicken there is never this there?s neverthat there?s always something out I mean what the hell. Wow , wow what happened here? Fast service, the store looks different, new management? If Im right god bless the right decision.... I went today for my lunch and my order took less that 3 minutes , it was excepcional service . The food really good . I had nothing but bad service from this outlet in the past. Gave them another opportunity last Sunday and true to form they... underperformed. Didn't have my simple on line order ready even though I went 15 minutes past the informed time. When they handit me the bag, one item (soup) was missing and another one was incomplete (forgot to add the meat to the tropichop). Mind you,the order consisted of 3 items and they messed up 2 of them. I must also bring up the fact that I was the only customer insideand there only 2 cars in the drive-thru while two employees were sitting at customer's tables, one eating and the othersleeping. It will be another long time before I try that location again. They are in sore need of training and management. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! The most disrespectful establishment I have ever dealt with. No one cares at all.... I understand it?s fast food I wouldn?t take It serious either but this is just horrible. They always run out of things includingchicken. They never have any sauces. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT POLLO TROPICAL PEMBROKE PINES, FL The worst crew! I?m not one to make reviews, but this was so... disrespectful I had to make one. This pollo tropical offers no drive thru pick up for online orders, but it does offercurbside, however the employees will claim they do not offer curbside. 1 hr wait to get a curbside order. I arrived 10 min pastmy pickup time and as soon as I arrived I asked an employee outside where to park for curbside. He tells me they don?t do thatand tells me he will go inside to ask. I tell him I?m going to park in the front of the building to wait for his answer. Timegoes by and I decide to go to the drive thru window. As I am entering the drive thru lane I see the same guy that was supposedto come back and give an answer, taking orders at the drive thru lane as it was a long one. I asked again and he tells me to gowait at the parking spots by the drive thru window. I go and wait again. No one comes. I then walk up-to the drive thru windowand ask about my order. I?m told they don?t do curbside therefore my order was never prepared. I show him my confirmation emailwith order details. He checks the computer and realizes no one has made it. He tells me they will make it. I go sit in my caronce again. After a few cars get their order I?m still waiting on mine. I walk up again up to the window. I ask and they arestill not preparing the order because it is curbside. They operate with 2 prep lines. One for inside customers and one for drivethru. So no one makes curbside orders. After complaining about the amount of time I?ve been waiting, they finally claim theinside prep line is going to make my order and instruct me to go inside to get my food, which completely defeats the purpose ofmaking a curbside order where you don?t have to get out of your vehicle. I ordered a familiar one, the beans were completely watered down without flavor and the pork just fat. We are located in a good... area in Pembroke Pines, the least they can do is improve their work as customer service and the food is completely horrible Read more
