Every single time I come here in the evening, the entire staff has an attitude problem. The talk as though we are bothering... them. They repeatedly get our order wrong and when we address it, they visibly get annoyed with us when it was THEIR error. Ifyou don?t want to work, don?t work. But if you choose to work, I expect decent customer service. But when I come here during theday, the crew is always very nice. I don?t understand what is up with this evening crew. Before I sit down and write a review I give the business a few chances to see if there was one time mistake and if it get's... better next time around. I have been living in the area since 1996. And have been coming to this location for years and foodeven at 1am used to be good. This Wendy's went down the toilet since covid. Prices have gone up which is understandable, foodportions and size of drinks got smaller as well. I ordered double bacon cheese burger, with 6 pc nuggets and large frosty. Thehamburger was cold bacon dried up, fries reheated. Nuggets and everything that I ordered was cold. Frosty which is supposed tobe thick and cold was melted. I don't recommend anyone going here unless you want to spend your money eating garbage. Read more
This wendys is by far the nastiest one Ive been to. Just walked into place an order and it was relatively empty and saw the... woman in charge of making fries just standing there sucking her thumb like really going at it. At first I thought it was alollipop but then she took her finger out of her mouth and went straight to serving fries. GROSS!! No gloves nothing just herwith her nasty finger serving people food. I told the manager his response was ?yeah she?s done that before?! He walked over andtalked to her and that?s it. Apparently it wasnt the first time and just overall the appearance of this restaurant was dirty andgrimy looking not what we expect in Pembroke Pines. As far as Wendy's goes, this one is suspect. I didn't see an adult in the place. The Service was slow and bad. I miss the... Wendy's that was on Sheridan off 75. I'm not going back to this Wendy's for another few months and I used to love Wendy's.Really bummed out. Read more
Got two Jr bacon cheese burguers.. just regular Wendys food.. dont expect high class food..
Wasn't even greeted, or asked if we were ready, by the girl at the counter. She just looked at us until we spoke and asked if... she was ready. Employees wearing AirPods, we didn?t receive a receipt, and one of our orders was wrong. Terrible customerservice, do better. Read more

Was at the tire kingdom across so decided to stop for lunch. I waited in front of the counter for at least 10 mins with no one... even looking at me. The manager told me to wait for the cashier. 10 more mins passed and instead of just taking an order shewent into the bathroom to get the cashier. Cashier didn't want to be there. Super rude.
