Ordered a breakfast combo at 10:15am. After waiting for 5 minutes the line cook told the cashier she didn't have any more eggs.... So the cashier asked if I wanted my sandwich without egg?? Um...no. egg is the basic part of 90% of these sandwiches and Ialready paid so no egg but full price!? It takes 3 minutes to make an egg, they just DIDNT WANT to make any more. Employees at drive thru are extremely rude, no custom service, not at register the one handing you food and giving you wrong... drinks and then Trying to explain how they are right and you are wrong. Went here yesterday and the floor was sticky, food in the drink fountain. Every counter was dirty and had standing liquid on... them. I saw fresh fries coming out of fryer but they were limp and tepid. Trashed them. The sandwich that I requested to haveextra pickles on only had 3 and the edges were overdone. The drink selection was garbage and what I did select had no flavor. Trashed that too. Never going there again. Was good when it first opened but now seems to b have no management and the kids arerunning the shop. Disaster. I wish I spent my $10 across the street a Pollo tropical. Read more
I was at this location during my break today. My break is only 30 minutes and I forgot to pack my lunch today. There was a woman... at the cash register who was having trouble with her card therefore a line was beginning to form. The manager or person incharge of maintaining the flow of operations in the front was really sweet! I asked her if she could please take my order andshe did no problem. She was also very patient with the woman who was having trouble with her card. The business was really busyat that time around 12:40pm. I do believe that the flow of the lunch rush was manageable due to her help. She also kept theenvironment from turning hostile. We need more customer service like this like this everywhere. Read more
Place wasn't cool but humid... Floor was slippery, which means the floor was mopped with a dirty mop. Soda machine had no ice,... sodas were flat, no fizz to the sodas flavor, but flat testing ...Never finished the sodas just threw them out. Customer wascomplaining after 25 min of waiting for someone to get to the register to take our orders. Man behind the counter explained why,but after the explanation was done another 10 min went by before we can order. Read more
Super ghetto!! Not one person acknowledged when me and another customer walked in. Short staffed or not really unprofessional.... They stared but not at least say ? we will be with you soon?. Then the person doing the sandwich for drive thru and the frontused the same glove to wipe down and make sandwiches while only using that one glove and the other hand didn?t have a glove on.Disgusting and much germs especially if someone can have an allergic reaction to something. Definitely reporting this and takingit further. Just bad service!!! The food wasn?t even done right, the incorrect cheese for the Asiago ranch sandwich, too muchranch... they need a do over at this location. Read more
3 times we've been to this location and all 3 times, they've been incompetent in properly fulfilling the order, it's easier to... make a "plain" chicken sandwich than add everything, yet you can see the picture. That sandwich isn't the only item not rightwith this order, but I'm not going to take time to take pictures of all the sandwiches. Read more
