I have updated my previous review, the food is good but the customer service specially at the cashier is non existing, it's like... they are doing you a favor by taking your order, either they haven't been trained properly or they are not being supervised, wekeep coming back because of the food, but as soon as find a better place we will stop coming here. Also, can you believe thereis no customer available trashcan? And That is only one issue, you can imaging the rest by looking at other reviews. Read more
The whole experience here has completely gone done the drain. We?re not sure what or who happened but this at one time was one... of the best Wing Stops. The app tells you your food will be done in an hour and then you get there and you have to wait another30-40 minutes!! Where in the food business is okay to wait almost 2 hours for chicken? Then, the wings are barely sauced or notproperly cleaned or over cooked. I just can?t anymore. Read more
Usual wingstop and service. Nothing to brag about. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries. When I finally got my food. Fries had... no seasoning at all and wings barely had any sauce on them. Probably won't go back to this location anymore. Read more

Went to get a quick bite to eat. Enjoyed the Monday specials wanted to get more flavors but we were limited to only two out of... the twenty wings we ordered. I loved the choice I made... I have to go back to be able to give 5 stars as I still have a lot offlavors to taste. Read more
I was highly disappointed with quality of service from this Wingstop. My mom and I went to try something off the new menu for... lunch and when we asked the cashier about the new items, she could not tell us anything about it. However, we did not complainand just figured it out on our own while she stood there not helping us. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and ended waitingover 30 minutes for our meals which resulted in us being late for an appointment. While we waited, we saw a customer who orderedtheir food AFTER us get their food BEFORE us. We also saw/heard the cooks in the back taking personal phone calls whilepreparing the food which is probably why the food took so long. When we finally got our food, the fires were extremelyoverdone, we could barely bite into them and we had to throw them out because we ate in the car on the way to out appointment.The chicken sandwiches were also over cooked making them taste very dry and unenjoyable. This was complete waste of my time andmoney was spent on food that we had to throw away. I would like a refund. Read more
