I?d give zero stars if it was possible. They actually need a negative rating. They are the slowest, rudest, and most incompetent... people/restaurant I?ve ever been to. How hard is it to make a double cheeseburger?! I TRY to get one before work, every now andthen, when McDonald?s is too busy. Of course there?s NEVER anyone in line at this place, or is there is, it?s one or two cars.And then it takes them 20+ mins just to get a couple of cars through the drive thru! Every time I stop here, my burger is cold,and the buns are stale. Not to mention the totally incompetent service received. Today, there was 1 car at the window, and I wastrying to order, but had to wait so long to get my order taken, I had to leave to get to work. So once again I didn?t receiveservice. This happens A LOT! I think they purposely do it just to get out of working. It?s the only thing I can think of,because people can?t REALLY be that incompetent! HIRE & TRAIN BETTER! I won?t spend any more money here. I?m tired of gettingscrewed every time. Read more

The slowest Burger King I have been to in my 30 year life thus far. The girl taking the order literally did not listen to a... single thing my fiancé was saying. It was getting quite annoying because we were very specific on what we wanted nothingspecial everything as it comes just literally not paying attention at all. We had to continuously repeat our order and it wasevery single item multiple times. Train your employees and if they don?t have the attention span to take an order especially inthe drive thru. And dinner rush is not the shift to be training if they are clueless about the position how about trying frontcash first not order take in drive thru. Haley is the name of the employee. The manager and her both seem absolutely clueless ofwhat they are doing. Haley couldn?t even give correct change. The order was $19.09 and my fiancé gave her $20.09 and she wastrying to give us 91 cents. You guys literally only had 3 cars in the drive though total and it took us probably 25 minutes toget from the screen to the window and Haley kept rolling her eyes for literally no reason. She forgot my daughters apple juiceeyeroll she forgot my fiancés drink eyeroll and then didn?t give us straws and was rolling her eyes. Kudos to the counter staff for an engaging conversation while we waited for our to-go order. His knowledge of fast-food... restaurant locations spanned all of Indiana and was truly impressive! Back in the kitchen, our sandwiches and fries weredelivered barely lukewarm despite being the only people in the place. Thanks anyway, Mr. Friendly Counterman. Read more
