Poor customer service at he counter, after every button push, the young man would drop his hand on the counter, as if my... purchase was taking too much of his time. 2 kids expediting, discussing how gross the dill butter was at the bottom of the tub,and how it would only take a minute to make more. They did not make more. In fact, they gave us 3 more sauces than we ordered.They forgot to put ham on our meat pizza, and the only solution these 2 kids could come up with was to let my pizza sit on thecounter, while they cooked about a dozen pieces of ham and laid them on top of the pizza. Of course by this time, the pizza wasbarely warm. I'm sitting here watching all of this happen, not knowing it was my own pizza that was sitting on the countercooling off. Read more
I've been buying pizza from this location for years. They have my phone number on file and know what I ordered. So I order a... large 16 inch Royal feast. My wife went to pick it up. Comes home with a medium sized pizza. 14 inch or smaller. I call and talkto the manager and advise her of the problem. She wanted to argue that I need to specify a 16 in. Told her I'll take my businesselsewhere. She said that's fine. Very poor customer service. I will advise all of my friends and family how I was treated. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a Caucasian man who's married to a woman of color and the way she was treated today by the... tall ill built funny made unattractive cook/woman that was cutting the pizza up was really terrible . She basically was tryingto flirt with me until she realized my wife was of color she then got real angry at my wife asking my wife's last name andmumbling in such a rude way. I will never come back again. Iove my wife. All we wanted to do is purchase the best pizza in town. Read more

So incredibly impressed with my dine in experience. I've been to a lot of PKs and this is hands down the CLEANEST and... friendliest. These people do it great. We had one hiccup with part of our order delayed but they were genuinely apologetic andmade things right. Please choose this location next time you want the pizzeria experience! Read more
The food was great and the server was very friendly. Prices were fair. We are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the service... was a little on the slower side for no busier than they were. It was not a really big deal for us as we were not in a very bighurry this time, but if you are in a hurry and craving some Pizza King maybe take advantage of their call ahead options to orderin advance.
