Friendly service, but ya forgot my cheese. It's all good tho. Overall service was pretty good.
I'm a trucker, so I know everyone is short-staffed right now.... but I got to the truck stop, and my husband walked up to the... counter to get us dinner. Both of the girls on staff were making themselves food, and said they were closing down for a half anhour. That means I don't get dinner tonight, because instead of having individual breaks, these girls think it's okay to justclose for the half and hour together. That's not just bad business, that's terrible choice of staff. That's irresponsible andselfish, too, because a lot of truckers don't get to eat for ten hours or more and you're straight telling us we can't eatbecause you two want to hang out in the back and not serve anyone. They stated that they had just been extremely busy. Consequently, they didn't have the type of bread I wanted. Also, they were... down to just one of the cookies I wanted. I had to go with another bread and choose another type of cookie for my second one inthe combo meal. Other than that, which I deem as poor planning, the employees were very polite, the facility was clean, and thefood was delicious. Read more
No prep work done. Went in for 2 sandwiches, the only bread they had cooked was Italian herbs without cheese(apparently they... forgot to add the cheese) they had no onions prepped they were out of black olives no meatballs . We will NOT be visiting thisstore again. Upper Management should really be looking at this store. Oh and there was 2 people running it so in order to have aprep person the front counter only had 1 worker. Took us 30 minutes at 8 at night to get food that wasn't even all we wanted. Read more
Very rude customer service if you don?t like making sandwiches this is not the job for you for god sake work somewhere else Very... old veggies and the lady kept lying to me sorry we don?t have this or we don?t have that just so you don?t have to run in theback I have worked at subway as a manager only thing we ran out of was bread.
