We ordered on the app to get the in app only specials and picked up at the counter. After ordering the app said the food would... be on the counter once ready. After waiting 15 minutes they said they don?t start the order until people come up to the desk. Once notified it took another 10 minutes. All the customizations were incorrect and half the food was dried and burned. I gotthe fish sandwich whose bun was hard, and the fish inside had no moisture and a hole burned through it, wouldn?t take a chef toknow you shouldn?t have given that to a customer. Of the 5 burgers ordered only one was of the quality I expect of BurgerKing. Bottom line. Pendleton Burger King had the worst service and food of any fast food I?ve been to in years. I joked withmy family about stopping at Burger King in the next city on our road trip. The answer was a resounding no, and to not even teasethem with such gross food. Let?s be honest Burger King on a good day is mediocre compared to Wendy?s (much fresher and cleanertasting burgers at Wendy?s in my opinion). Burgers king tastes the same everywhere. The servers were nice and attentive. Atmosphere is like any other burger king...meh.
