Visited Dickies for the first time here in Pendleton & the staff was amazing! The food was very tasty. Really enjoyed the potato... casserole, & the Mac & Cheese. Loved the kielbasa the most. The chicken not so much. It was pretty dry. The reason I didn't givethem a 5 star, was for the flies inside the establishment. One kept flying around my head while I was trying to eat. Driving through and decided I wanted BBQ today. Not only am I glad I stopped in here, I will be back next time I come through... town. I was met First Class Customer Service, and Amazing Food! The pulled pork sandwich was okay, but the place was hot and there were flies everywhere. The onion tanglers were really burnt... and too salty to eat. Also the toilet paper in the bathroom was on the floor . . . I don't recommend this place Read more
I placed my original order via DoorDash. I ordered 2 of the chicken sliders,and 2 pulled pork sliders. Only 1 of each... arrived,with a ton of barbecue sauce. I called DoorDash to let them know the situation,and they quickly submitted another orderfor the two missing sandwiches. 45 minutes later I get a call from my Dasher, that Adrianna who I'm assuming is the manager,hasdeclined to make anything from my order,but she willfully took walk-in orders and completed other door dash orders. Not only wasthis an inconvenience to myself,but to the Dasher as well! They don't get paid to sit still. If that's any indication of howyou really feel about your customers,that is extremely despicable. Even the Dasher was confused as to what was going on when shestated "you can just cancel the order and go somewhere else". To make it seem like the customer is being an inconvenience toyou,while you were the one who messed up the order to begin with. Pitiful... Of course I would recommend Dickey's,at anotherlocation. Stopped in on our way to WA. Amazing staff, the owner helped us and he was so kind and friendly. All the staff was so... friendly. Food was delicious! We found out the owner was from our home state of NM and that was a fun coincidence. We willdefinitely stop here every time we travel to WA. It was a wonderful experience! Read more
