Went here at 10:30 on a Sunday. Hours posted said that the dining room is open. All doors to the restaurant are locked. WTH?... Take down the sign if you're not going to abide. Drive thru is open. Guess I'll eat in the vehicle. Still, this is bogus. Notwhat I expect from my favorite fast food restaurant. I look for Jack in the Box when I travel. Always a good place to stop andget a great burger for a reasonable price. Not this time. Not here. I'll be making a mental note that Pendleton doesn't have aJack in the Box. First time. Great food, quick very friendly service
Pulled up the window and asked for ice cream. Got a super rude toned response about how they only have thick old fashioned... shakes and I asked if the Vanilla is ice cream or something else. They said it's ice cream again with the rude tone in theirvoice. I decided to go inside and the GM came to the counter. I told her I apologized for the confusion but that their shakesare just ice cream and she should try and gain product knowledge. She screamed at me to leave and when I told her they've hadbad service lately she said she's trying to fix it even though she was the most aggressive ruse employee there. Read more
They have the best sourdough breakfast sandwich and their mini corn tacos are my granddaughters favorite menu item. The place is... very clean and the staff are very pleasant and kind. Read more
Very slow stood in line forever while they waited on the drive thru customers. Finally a nice young lady stopped what she was... doing as the so called manager was too busy trying to micromanage instead of helping them out at a busy time they would havebeen just fine in my opinion. In times like those are when true leadership should and will rise up and bring them together as ateam. Great management cant exist without a great team and a great team can't exist without the leadership of great teambuilding motivators something I see majorly lacking in todays work places. This place and the kids working here have greatpotential if given the right management to lead them. Read more
They first gave me an expired salad. Then the second salad they gave me, just didn't taste good. The chicken was salty and then... it also had bacon, so it was just too much salt. Everyone else that I was with had no complaints about their meal, so it may bethat the salad there just isn't for me and my preference of saltiness. Read more
My food was so greasy and the customer service was trash. Definitely prefer bk or McDonalds.
Went to Jack in the Box on Monday night around 11:30p and was told at the drive thru they were closed for the night. Website and... sign on the door both say drive thru is open until midnight. I tried again Tuesday night around 10:30p and after sitting at thespeaker with no response for 10-15 minutes, I drove around to the front to see if the lobby was open. When I found the lobby wasclosed but drive thru was supposed to be open, I went back through the drive thru just to be told once again that they werealready closed.
