Placed order online at 4pm to pickup at 5pm. Did not get order until 6:15 pm. Lobby door locked upon arrival. Had to sit in... driveup, behind 5 cars, just to let them know we were picking up our online order. Was told it would not be ready until 6pm.Then did not get our drink or biscuits. Given a cake for our time. Not sure what is going on but it is nit good. Somebodyneeds to do something about this. A lot of people were unhappy. Read more
I have never reviewed fast food before but this was egregious. I ordered a three chicken strip meal and not only was the... breading soggy in places but all of the strips had been cut in half. I was given 1.5 chicken strips instead of three! I was onthe road and already out of Pendleton when I opened the box so I couldn?t go back to get it fixed. Read more

Pulled up to go in to order take out & the 1st thing I see is the manager & 3 other employees outback smoking. Inside is people... waiting & 3 employees doing window & cooking. I would say counter but we never were acknowledged in the 13 minutes we waited. Wewatched other people get partial orders & ignored when they wanted their food & even left without food or refund. Slowest "fast" food I've ever been to. Placed an order online in hopes that it would speed up the process, but no, I still spent... 30 minutes waiting for food. The staff wasn't even at the front, not even busy. Just slow. I kept thinking they were going toforget about me. I would give 1 star but the food was great, well cooked, and hot. Read more
Went to drive up window. Ordered small mac n chez. And side chicken strips. Sounded all good on order and paid ok. Big bummer is... they forgot my sauce for chic strips. I always tell myself. Check the bag before you drive away. One time I don't thensomething missing. They ask questions upon order then forget. Read more
We had a famous bowl and it was delicious. Everything in it was fresh and hot. We have ordered famous bowls from other KFC and... Pendleton restaurant is the best. I recommend eating here. Read more
