New normal sucks! Tried to order delivery - 2+ hrs we were told. Ya-No.... So we ordered to pick up - the app said latest... 7:36-7:45. We waited in parking lot and got it at 8:05. Did i say new normal SUCKS!? Read more

Worst organization I?ve ever seen at a Domino?s. Ordered over the phone one night and told it?d be ready in 15 minutes. We got... there and the pizza hadn?t even been started yet. We waited an additional 15 minutes just to receive a pizza with the wrongtoppings. We chose to wait another 15 minutes and give them another shot. The opened up the pizza box and it was the wrong pizzaagain. We were then told due to this frustrating event that we?d receive 2 free pizzas of any size and toppings. We redeemed onewithout difficulties, but we called to redeem the second one and the store manager didn?t register it in the system. The areamanager was on the line and didn?t even try to rectify the situation. Read more
