As expected. Bagel ordered to go. No dining rm service still but slf-svc outside tables / seating for convenience. Haven't been... to these "fast food" places in awhile. Little surprised at the cost: bagel w/ butter and bacon plus lge Coke $7. Guess I gottaget out more... Read more
Kid behind the counter had his mask down and then the manager yelled at a customer for not having a mask and kicked him out of... the store. Very hypocritical. They also skimped on the smoked salmon on my lox bagel. Really oyed my veys. Read more
This bagel bundle is supposed to include 2 everything bagels. Additionally, in the notes I requested to substitute everything... bagels in place of the cinnamon bagels (noted that I?d be fine with an up charge). I was trying to surprise my boyfriend withbreakfast this morning & everything bagels are the only kind he eats. Instead, I received EXTRA cinnamon bagels and ZEROeverything bagels. Not sure how that happens. So I paid $40 and have not a single bagel that he?ll eat. So much for a surprise.Thanks a lot Read more
I have asked this location, three separate times in the last month, for ham instead of bacon and they never fail to still give... me bacon. It is literally my birthday today, I would like to be eating ham, but here I am eating bacon. Please do better atlistening to your customers, especially because I was the only one in the store when I ordered. Read more
The workers here are always SO nice! I would drive further just to go to this one. All of the other Bruegger?s in the area are... very unfriendly, almost drawing me away from going. But I love the staff at this one, they are always very happy to givesuggestions, and I?m always looking to try something new. They?ve told me if I don?t like it, they will gladly replace it. Theyalways hold the doors for us when we come in and they never complain even if we make it in right before close. Keep up the goodwork! Read more
Visited today, Saturday morning, and even though there were 15 customers in front of me, the two employees got the line out... quickly. Both were very nice and friendly. Plenty of bagels to choose from and as always, delicious! My new favorite Brueggers! Read more
10 minutes to wait in line to pay for hot breakfast sandwich!!!! Bad experience!!!
