I eat at this Denny's about 3 times a month and usually the food is very good. Last night we went and I ordered the chicken... breast with bourbon sauce and the chicken breast was like leather....the broccoli was mushy and the roasted potatoes were soover done they turned mushy too . Bad Customer Service. Asked for a salad, got it, but the cucumbers were expired. The slime on the cucumbers made the experience... terrible, followed by the Sweet Tea(which tasted like dirty water or used cup) futher enforced my opinion on thisestablishment. Plates were still dirty from previous customers Instead of fixing the problem the manager tried to buy mysilence by giving me a free meal. I declined out of disappointment. However It's clear that this Dennys really needs my $52.74because of this experience is all they could manage then they REALLY need some more customers. Read more
We had an excellent family breakfast experience despite a rough beginning. I called to inquire if dine in was offered and at... what time, but the lady that answered made a sound of exasperation and called for someone who spoke Spanish without even givingme time to tell her I speak English. Our waiter Marlene made up for that bad moment. She was attentive and cheery. Our order wasright and she even offered a discount coupon for posting a review. She kept that coffee coming!
