Made a $60 order through the phone last week and said it would be ready in 15 minutes and when I got there to pick it up, they... never even put the order in. Then they gave my doordash person an incomplete order and I still had to go pick up the rest. Thedude said they couldn't refund cause he's "giving the wings for free." What a joke of a restaurant. We ordered 2 flavors (Garlic Parm and Lemon pepper) of wings and they were all plain. I also ordered all flats and they added... drums. I asked for cheese and they only filled it up a quarter of the way????? They didn't serve a full "basket" of fries. Whatthe hell is going on? Ordered online and saw it could be delivered and thought very nice then my order was a all wrong the fries were not the flavor I... asked for and half of my meal was not delivered because they forgot to give the door dash man the other bag? I'm disappointed in this wing stop for the first time to be honest I've never had a problem with an order ever its always been... top notch but I ordered two orders of boneless wings and when I got home this place is like 30 minutes away from me they gave meboned wings I don't mean to sound like a kid complaining mistakes happen but come on guys I live kinda far away from your placeand when I went inside to pay inside anunch of dudes that I'm guessing we're cooks kept cussing as if it was high school again.Learn to be professional in front of customers im never coming back to this wing stop. Really good environment to enjoy a batch of awesome wings! The flavor choices for both the wings and fries are amazing, plenty... of TV for sports, and decent selection of beer. Only con is the wait time from ordering to eating. I'd recommend ordering onlineor by phone before arriving and just pay in store. Read more
