Great customer service! Guy at the front counter gave me a nice warm greeting when I walked in. He was very friendly. My order... came out really fast and everything was cooked perfectly. He even hooked me up with the cocktail sauce I asked for even though?there?s a severe shortage and he?s only supposed to give it to people that ordered shrimp.? The coconut shrimp was amazing, but it didn't come with any dipping sauce so I got charged extra for the sweet chili sauce. The... chicken planks were not that great. Ordered two sea shares at drive thru. Chicken and shrimp. Only waited about 5 minutes at window when bag was handed to me. Drove... straight home and when I opened bag there was no napkins, no condiments, the shrimp were small and tasted like they were cookedthe day before. The chicken looked like battered fish and also possibly cooked the night before. This isn't the first time I'vereceived poor service and food at this location. Guess I have to travel to the one in Tarentum/New Kensington from now on. Never had bad food or service at that location. They are 30 minutes away but worth the drive now. Read more
