I've never had issues ordering from this pizza hut before. I placed my order and after 2 hrs, I called to see what was taking so... long. The man on the phone said that his delivery driver had dropped my order off.. I told him that that obviously wasn't thecase or I wouldn't be calling. He said "well maybe a neighbor came over and took it before you got to it"..... Yes, my 80 yrold neighbor DEFINITELY came over and stole my pizza....... I have been watching the ring camera for the past hour to avoid thenotification setting off my dogs and Noone has come to the door to drop anything off.... Read more

I am in the process of an extremely stressful move, so I have been ordering food more frequently lately. I only chose to order... Pizza Hut to have it delivered for sake of time and convenience. The app allowed me to place my order. I think it would be bestfor the app to indicate pick up ONLY if that is the case. I wasn't checking my phone, because I was loading a whole house into atruck. I got a voice-mail that there was no delivery driver, and I would have to come get it myself. This news was soodisappointing. I would have honestly went somewhere else had I known this from the beginning. I showed up to get my food, andeven though it had been an entire hour since I placed my order the food somehow was still not ready. I watched someone else comein, and they somehow were able to have their order immediately handed to them. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1is because the guy who helped me at the window took off the delivery charge and gave me 20% off my order. I still had reallyintense buyer's regret and wished I had ordered somewhere else. I'll skip this location. West Kittanning is my favoritelocation. Read more
I loved the Tastemaker pizza that we had ordered, totally loaded and fresh. The eight piece burnin' hot boneless Buffalo wings... were fresh and tasty too. Overall looked like clean store, nice parking area. Even if you don't get the pizza at curbside, justdrive towards their window and get the order! Read more
The worst pizza's we have ever had from Pizza Hut. They use to be outstanding. They were dry hardly any sauce and so stingy with... the toppings you couldn't even taste it. And a $5.00 delivery charge plus at least a $5.00 tip for the driver. We could had goneto EatnPark and had dinners. Read more
