Ordered online and order never processed, called and was told to contact bank because they hadn?t received the order. No big... deal and reordered from a different computer. Everything going well this time but delivery time of 2 hours. Call 20 minutesbefore expected delivery because website says order has been in preparation for an hour and 40 minutes, was told they now haveno driver and cancelled our order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNHAPPY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE BETTER OFF ORDERING PAPA JOHNSACROSS THE STREET Update: I sent them my contact information like they asked in their reply and a week has gone by with no callor email, makes me wonder if everyone you?ve replied to with this stock answer is also a performative charade of ?rectifying?your deserved bad reviews. Pizza was dry and the pepperoni was incinerated..talk how good your pizza is to my father in law. And he couldn't even chew it... ..the girl behind the counter said our pizza wasn't ready but she had a pepperoni one that just came out of the oven..I thinkthey 9ver cooked it and needed to get rid of it ..it will be a while before I am back very disappointed Read more
I tried to give this place a 2nd chance! This is the second time I received burnt or uncooked food. Like how do you consistently... burn pizza. Customer service is horrible staff is lazy and just stands around when someone comes in to pick up an order. Read more
I'm not quite sure what is going on here. Food used to be delicious and fresh, when I got my order today, everything was burnt,... the Stromboli (even tho I asked for extra cheese) had almost no toppings in it and was so small. The pepperoni rolls were flat(they were basically saucers) with barely any pepperoni and burnt to a crisp. My husband who will eat a whole large in one gocould barely handle 3 pieces of pizza because of how burnt it was. The ingredients do not taste fresh and even my kids had ahard time eating it and pizza is their favorite. I tried to call to complain and got hung up and on, not once, but twice. Notworth the almost $80 for a large pizza, a small pizza, a Stromboli, and pepperoni rolls. I'm highly disappointed. Read more
Great pizzas. Megnifico (meat lovers) pizza with cayenne seasoning was superb. It was spicy but still full of flavor. YUM!
I gave this restaurant 5 stars because of the food. The food was absolutely amazing! Vocelli rolls are the greatest! Absolutely... loved the wings!!! Customer service was good. Read more
