They?re ALWAYS out of something regular or normal to their menu. beans, beef, shells, mild sauce, SOMETHING. They never have... their drive through screens correct for the day (Limited time offers, breakfast items when its afternoon/dinner, etc.) and theemployees don?t know what they?re selling versus what they?re not. Sad this place is even open let alone still operating andattempting customer service. Go up or down the hill to something else instead. Be careful going to this location. I ordered some food through the drive thru and paid part cash and the rest on my card. The... guy pocketed my money and charged my card for the whole balance. I?ve come to this Taco Bell a few times and it?s always been good, the food quality and wait times. However recently I... discovered that if you come in at 7:45pm (fifteen minutes before closing) that they are actually closed to certain people only. I waited in line for, yes, fifteen whole minutes at the mic to order saying ?hello? and ?are you there?? With no response. Whenit got to 8:00pm they are now ?closed?. I drive away and I notice I had other behind me so I wanted to see what actuallyhappened with them so I parked and waited. Sure enough they get to order and there is people working there. Happily I go backin line because I don?t really care about the wait I just want my food lol. Then after the three cars behind me are served theytell me immediately ?Sorry, we just closed? which I then tell them how I was here waiting for fifteen minutes just before andgot zero response, along with no food as well. So basically I suppose you shouldn?t drive a Honda or ever come in any time past7:30pm (actual closing time apparently). I?m not sure why I was denied service but it ruined my night.
