The night dude hooked us up with ice cream even though he said he wasn?t supposed to serve it at the time we came in the store.... We were up in the finger lakes for a wedding and traveled around 4 and a half hours to get up there, so helping out two out ofstaters who had drunk-munchies at 1am really went a long way. I'm not sure why but if I ever call to order something randomly in the middle of the night the person either hangs up on me or... has a long dragged out excuse as to why he can't do it. There is one nice guy that goes above and beyond that works at night.But this other guy I think is just lazy. Day time everything is great. If you want ice cream don't come here. If snails were hired as staff they would be faster. They don't serve ice cream unless... you're the only one in the store. Expect to sit around and never get served. When they serve you expect to get your order wrong. Read more

Conveniently located on Liberty St (14A) in Penn Yan, Byrne Dairy is my favorite gas station because of the $.10 off per gallon... with their card, free air pump, and general cleanliness of the store and the bathrooms. The staff are always friendly and thesandwiches from the deli are fantastic with the perfect amount of toppings. The shelves are kept well-stocked and the pre-madefood is always hot and really good.
