We received absolutely terrible service by a man with long hair on 11/19/22 at 11:20am . We ordered ahead of time via the mobile... app, upon approaching the window he handed us 1 of 5 items ordered. We stated that we had additional items that we ordered, heleft with an attitude (eye roll) and came back with 2 more of the items. We asked about the other 2 missing items and he againrolled his eyes with attitude and walked away to get the additional items. He didn?t have any customer service skills at all, nothank you, no apologies, it was apparently the customer?s fault that he didn?t read and double check the details of an orderplaced in advance. Generally a good experience and the staff are very friendly. The driveway/drive through is small so can be a hassle during busy... times. They do tend to be prone to order errors so check your order before you leave. They have a very nice area to sit andrelax alone or to meet with someone. We walked in with a large order for a bridal party and had a lot of specialty drink orders. No questions as the orders were... rattled off. Usually we would expect to wait a little while for the drinks to be done, but within 2 minutes we had all 8 drinksready. And they even asked if there is anything more we needed anything else! Any time I get anything from this Dunkin, my order is almost always wrong, no matter how simple the order. Save yourself the... hassle and get your coffee elsewhere. A wonderful surprise this morning. I ordered online and when I arrived. The kind young lady must of saw me drive in and brought... me my coffee and muffin directly too my car.
