I had a huge prime rib cooked to perfection on a Saturday evening. My daughters had the Trading Post special. 2 eggs any way, 2... pancakes, and bacon. Large portions and really tasty. in all my years of going to keuka college and Penn yan to visit, I just tried the trading post today because the Penn yan diner... was super busy. we got right in here at the trading post and the food was delish! although the stuffed French toast wasn'tstuffed with cream cheese like I expected it was filled with eggs and cheese and bacon and had the perfect balance of salty andsweet!
