I had the same guy twice and he messed up my sub both time. It seems as though he doesn?t care or he isn?t paying attention.... Last time, I asked for no onions. He put them on, but I could at least take them off. This time, I didn?t get a choice of bread,and I asked for peppers and he neglected to put them on. Is it that hard? Came to order a sandwich, employee provided said sandwich and then said have a good day. Can't get better than that.
I am a frequent flyer here and have never had a problem until tonight, there was a few people in line and there was two woman... working and one was busting her butt to try help customers and was still in a cheerful mood while the other was a older womanwas standing there and was rude to not only us but a older man in front of us that was having issues with not knowing how to usegift card she was not helpful at all to him and kept giving him smart remarks. Than I asked for xtra mayonnaise on my sub and Ionly got one line. Finally after about 30 minutes we were out of there with two people working and only one person in front ofus. This is a generous 2 star review. I am an easy going frequent flyer to this location and am normally very happy with this... establishment. I know the owner well and I am sure she would be very disappointed with the customer service I received as well..The worker was so miserable. Here is a pictire of the two protein bowls I ordered. They are barely half full!!! And that wasafter asking for more. I didn't dare ask again because she was so miserable. Anything we said seemed to say she seemed annoyedwith. And I only made one request! Like i said, I am normally extremely happy with this location. I will definitely leave abetter review after my next 5 star service.
