I had the same guy twice and he messed up my sub both time. It seems as though he doesn?t care or he isn?t paying attention.... Last time, I asked for no onions. He put them on, but I could at least take them off. This time, I didn?t get a choice of bread,and I asked for peppers and he neglected to put them on. Is it that hard? Came to order a sandwich, employee provided said sandwich and then said have a good day. Can't get better than that.
I am a frequent flyer here and have never had a problem until tonight, there was a few people in line and there was two woman... working and one was busting her butt to try help customers and was still in a cheerful mood while the other was a older womanwas standing there and was rude to not only us but a older man in front of us that was having issues with not knowing how to usegift card she was not helpful at all to him and kept giving him smart remarks. Than I asked for xtra mayonnaise on my sub and Ionly got one line. Finally after about 30 minutes we were out of there with two people working and only one person in front ofus. This is a generous 2 star review. I am an easy going frequent flyer to this location and am normally very happy with this... establishment. I know the owner well and I am sure she would be very disappointed with the customer service I received as well..The worker was so miserable. Here is a pictire of the two protein bowls I ordered. They are barely half full!!! And that wasafter asking for more. I didn't dare ask again because she was so miserable. Anything we said seemed to say she seemed annoyedwith. And I only made one request! Like i said, I am normally extremely happy with this location. I will definitely leave abetter review after my next 5 star service. Worst customer service experience I have EVER had tonight. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a bad review. ... Worker was clearly annoyed that I came in at 7:30-7:45ish while she was cleaning-- closing time is 9!?!?! She was veryabrasive, ordering me rather than asking me what I wanted. I understand that the service industry can be stressful at times,-I've waitress for 23 years so I tend to try and be sympathetic but the way she treated me was unacceptable. I would never treatany guest the way she did me tonight. Very disappointed and will try to avoid this location next time I drive to Penn Yan tovisit my mother. Read more
Just walked in to order a sub for myself. There were 0 other people in the restaurant or in line. The staff member told me she... just received a large call in order and I would need to wait 10 minutes while she made the call in order subs. I surprisinglyasked that she couldn?t make my order since I was here in person, and there was no line? She politely stated, no, it?s companypolicy to make their subs first. If that?s truly company policy it?s unfortunate. Left to go get dinner somewhere else. Read more
BBQ Rib sub... Ordered toasted, but it was still cold... This is a great location, with great people. And maybe the rib can't... get hot...I just wish it could have been. Definitely won't stop me from ordering again. ???? Read more
This Subway is usually a very good experience, it is clean and has friendly staff and the food is exactly what we expect of a... Subway. It is disappointing that Subway sandwiches in general have so much less meat and are way more bread than toppings butthat's a general experience for all Subways. Read more
