If tonight had been my first experience here I would have given them 3 stars due to the lengthy time it took for the drive... through line to move, it seemed like one order was holding up the whole line. However, I almost always have a great experiencehere and the staff are always very friendly even though you sometimes have a to wait a while to be acknowledged. Me and my roommates went through the drive thru late at night and they didn’t have chips and cheese and offered to replace it... with something else so replaced it and gave us all a free coupon for a free taco. His name was Micheal! Best experience we’vehad after watching a horrible bachelorette show. Definitely cheered us up! Read more
Stopped while on a road trip and employees were very nice, resturant was clean, food was good. The best Taco Bell I've been to.
If I could give a negative review I would. I was inside and ordered from kiosk, obviously the workers didn't read my order... correctly. The order of nacho Supreme to go was sat on the counter with no bag, no nothing, I go back to get advado and I wasgiven that in a bag. Horrible workers. I came to come inside and order a freezie there was no sign that the lobby was closed and there were people... eating inside and a worker rudely came over and said “lobby’s closed” we told her there is no sign and there are people inthere eating and she goes “I’ll make a sign” and shut the door immediately without helping us. Taco Bell has gonecompletely downhill since they’ve hired these new workers. Read more
Ordered lunch today at the drive throughand was told the box meal on the menu was no longer available but they had a similar one... that was just short a special taco. That was fine. I ordered that and an extra burrito to share it all with my son. Beforeleaving the lot I noticed the extra burrito wasn't in the bag. I went back in. Zero customers inside, but a few cars in line atthe drive through. I went to the counter and the guy feeding orders to the girl at the window looked right at me 3 times, withnothing to say. There was nobody else at the register, so I tried being patient. After the 3rd time of him looking at me, I saidloudly "can I get some help here". It seemed like he disappeared afterwards. I just left. The 3 dollar burrito wasn't worth the5 minutes of being flat out ignored. Won't be back. Read more
Ok, firstly I want to believe that this was a rare issue but twice in a row is not. We ordered our food and were for the second... time shorted food but because of driving the 20 minutes home the first time we checked before leaving. So I knocked on the doorto the dinning room because it was closed at a little after 8 and was greeted with a one moment gesture while I waited in thelight rain. After about 10 minutes (we timed it) I was asked what I needed. I informed the employee that we were missing itemsand they told me they had to talk to their manager. After another 10-15 minutes they came back and asked me what I was missing.I told them and they once again closed the door behind them. Finally the manager brought me the items that were missing. Now thething that makes me even more upset is that a kind gentleman was waiting on a mobile order and he was told that he would have togo through the drive thru in order to get it while she could have just brought it to him. But Taco Bell you need to figure thisout because I don't think I want to come back to this store if orders aren't being checked and this is how you treat yourcustomers. Read more
By far the best taco bell I have ever had. The lady who took our order was so nice, asked how our day was, just great service... overall. The food itself was beyond great. Everything tasted very fresh, I have never had taco bell as amazing as this one.Definitely an experience. Read more
