Food is almost never a problem here, and depending on the Manager on Duty leads to a very different experience each time. The... one manager who wears his hair in dreads is fantastic to work with and consistently will go out of his way to make yourexperience better. I've had people go there on a tight 30 min lunch timer with a big line and he will hear them out and helpthem first. Where as tonight, who knows what was going on, had problems with the intercom, nobody listened to what I was sayingat the window, but at least the food was great and order, after a struggle and a half to place it, was correct. Don?t honor their own sign specials! Went for the breakfast pick 2 and was charged full price for each. When asked about the... price difference was told it was with purchase of a meal....it?s not. Checked the sign again before I left. Remembered why Ireally didn?t like McDonald?s, cancelled, & went to the Wawa next to them. Read more

The people are really nice, the service is quick and easy, haven't seen a miscue yet. The food is same as always, good and... amazing. The atmosphere of it is pretty basic which is suitable for me. This place also comes with a play place that is supercool! Read more

I do not usually like to leave these types of reviews, as I am not picky when it comes to restaurants; as long as the service is... adequate and the food serviceable, I have no complaints. However, this is perhaps the worst fast food experience I have everhad, bar none. Upon walking into the store, my parents and I were greeted by the sounds of two employees arguing, shoutingexpletives at each other to the point that I thought a fight was going to break out. As I would later learn, one of theseindividuals was the manager. This, obviously, made my family and I rather anxious, just like it would any normal person.Regardless, we went to the kiosk and started to place our order. As I came to find out, this would only be the beginning of ourexperience. A few minutes after this, the manager then proceeded to bring out the employee to the middle of the restaurant(right next to the kiosks) and berated him in front of the customers; this occurred when I was placing my order. The managerthen came up to US and directly asked us for our opinions. Upon us stating that their yelling was making us anxious, and askingthem to please speak outside, the manager then turned his attention to us, yelling at us to leave his restaurant and threateningto call the police on us at the sound of any protest on our part. As soon as we said something that he did not agree with, hetreated us no better than the employee that he was berating only minutes ago. The three of us were notably anxious, with mymother's hands visibly shaking the entire time. My family requested a refund and immediately left the store, with him stillmaking comments at us on the way out. We decided to go to Olive Garden, where we knew the employees would treat us with basicrespect and dignity. The only positive of this experience came in the form of a shorter female employee with glasses, whorefunded us and appeared to be sympathetic to our situation. My 2 year old granddaughter was injured when this filthy spin toy went faster than expected and threw her off. She was thrown... onto the UNPADDED wood upright. This is the toddler area, for under age 3!!!. The staff and management did not seem to care.They did not even offer me a piece of ice for the baby's injury. I stood there with my water bottle on her head. I had to demandto see a manager who merely handed me a piece of paper to hand write my complaint. No one offered any care or assistance! Thursday we listen to a counter worker complain about working Saturday. He had to clean up, after the store closed, all by... himself. Are you not paying for him to work? Today, I used mobile ordering to purchase a mobile order deal. Bought the necessaryadd-ons to get the free bagel sandwich. All within breakfast time, however, they wouldn't serve me. Now, they want me to contactthe mobile order department to get my money back. I Forgot, that they don't have a phone number, saying it's on the app, wrong.Contact us, goes in circles. It might be only a $1.69+tax but it's my money, not theirs. They stole from a prospective customer.Now I either forget it, fight for how many hours, or sue. Here I come Judge. . Read more

The manager here went above and beyond for my son. We ordered a happy meal and he made sure the special request was right. He... also ran right over to open the play room door that was locked. Not only that I watched him hustle around and help his employeesdoing whatever tasks that needed to be done. From the cash register, to making food, to helping customers all while having ahuge smile on his face. Highly recommend and whoever owns this McDonald?s, make sure you take care of this gentleman.
