The best garlic bread I've ever had that came with my girlfriends ceasar salad. I got the chicken burger with fries and it was... good. It was chicken tenders as a burger, not quite what I was expecting but was good. The waitress was really good and keptchecking up on us as well. Read more

An excellent spot to meet good people, enjoy a beverage, or a home-style hot meal. Larger portions are the standard and it's a... "stick to your ribs" kind of place, where a big appetite might be in order. Update! We visited tonight, ordered steaks sandwichand sirloin tips instead of the usual beautiful fish and chips - sirloin tips were spectacular, as usual great mashed andveggies, steak sandwich wasn't quite as good a cut, but again fantastic mashed and veggies. With this review, we can't share how the food is. We arrived and were told to take any table, which we did. We waited for about... 5 minutes, we were not even brought a menu. Another couple came in and sat at the table next to ours. After another 3 to 5minutes, the waitress brought them menus and took their drink order. The place wasn't that busy and we didn't mind waiting butwe should have been served first, or at the very least given menus after the waitress took their drink order. Not recommendedfor tourists. This week we enjoyed a delicious meal at the Harbour Road Pub in Blacks Harbour. We had the Clam Roll Platter and the Sirloin... Tips.
