I?ve had three terrible experiences in a row at this Burger King. The first time, a drive through attendant was rude to me. He... went silent halfway into my order, then came back three minutes later and acted like I was a new person. When I told him that Inever finished my order, he yelled at me to finish it. The second time, I went into the drive through and waited for at leastfive minutes for someone to come on through the speaker, yet no one did. I just drove off since I didn?t feel like waiting forthem. The third time, the lady at the counter refused to take my coupon because I was apparently supposed to show her it beforeordering (how was I supposed to know that). And then told me there was no marinara sauce when I asked for some, despite therebeing a bunch visible by the drive through window. I don?t see myself coming back anytime soon. Read more

I got ants in my soda- and lots of them. when we told the manager there was something in my drink he replied "was it ants? yeah... we know." and walked away. This was a while ago, hope thats better now. I come here frequently for their iced coffees. Alwaysask for a vanilla but I'm served a mocha 4/5 times. Seeing as chocolate upsets my stomach a great deal, this is an issue. I justwant a partway decent fast food joint nearby. Not a place that just pumps out a burger smell from the chimney and serves coldand unfresh food that you didn't order. Read more

A perfectly normal BK. Restrooms were clean. Food was ready quickly. (We did take out, not drive thru.) Line at drive thru was... reasonable. Handicapped accessible. Read more

This is the worst of all time. Nite manager won't even give his name when requested. The app didn't work three visits in a row,... 3rd time I wasn't paying full price. They didn't want to here anything about it, the nite manager he was totally rude anddismissed any problems. Should have read the reviews never again. Read more

Service was terrible (once someone decided to work), fries were cold, one menu board worked out of three (barely visible), cash... only at the register, and a collection bin for manager asking for $6000. Most upsetting was the collection bin. Not what Iexpected to see, when a majority of this country are struggling to eat and a fast food meal for 3 costs $40. Unlike me to give abad review, but after numerous bad experiences (missing food at 1/3 of my visits, a drive-thru employee who argued with me overa menu item he said didn't exist, even though I was reading it from menu board and consistently being served cold food atdrive-thru. Sorry, but I've come to expect better preperation of food and attentive customer service to follow the rising costof food. Read more

Always understand, it?s a total longshot whether or not you get anything fresh when requested, especially when you know it?s... going to be served as it?s been sitting around for hours seemingly, I?m specifically speaking about the chicken fries, Ispecifically asked for fresh ones because I tried them for the first time about two weeks ago and they were cold rubbery andnasty looking, same thing today even though I requested fresh. I understand it is Burger King, it is fast food, and somepeople may say I?m overreacting, but for this reason I give it a one star because improvements are needed all over, needless tosay all I ordered was two items and I stood in the lobby at the restaurant for about 30 minutes waiting for my order, no joke,just about my entire lunch period Waiting for fresh chicken fries. I see now I can add a photo and will edit this next time Iam brave enough to attempt a fresh order again, I don?t think it?s unreasonable to ask for a fresh food item especially whenthat simple priceless food item cost six dollars.
