The beverage was perfect and the person at the window was kind. The gentleman (owner or manager) in the background should... consider an industry that does not require people skills. In just under three minutes, I observed him speak in a condescendingand vile manner toward the girl there. He then made a sound as if he was on a game show (when someone gets a wrong answer). Youare the furthest thing from a leader or a coach or a mentor ?and should not be permitted to give orders. I will likely notreturn to this establishment. It may sound silly, but I adore this Dunkin' donuts! The employees here are so wonderful and kind. They are so attentive that... they have actually reminded me when I forget to add specific things to my order. For example, if I normally order decaf and thenI forget to, they will ask me if I want it to be decaf. You really can't ask for much more than that! It makes me sad that somepeople are mean to these employees. They are wonderful, hardworking people. Read more
Avoid a terrible start to your morning by steering clear of this dangerous establishment. ?New Management? do not know how to... run a store. They force mobile order walk-in customers to wait in the drive thru line in 80 degree heat along with cars insteadof creating a pick up station out/inside their store. At the window, I asked if I could get a small cup of water for my dog(who?s been waiting around the corner) and was told to pay extra. Won?t be back. Read more
This place is so bad it's comical! Really, it's the wait time - expect to dedicate a good 10+ minutes to the drive in. I've been... here for easily 20+ when there were only 3 cars in front of me. If nothing else, the food is consistently good (if you thinkDunkin is good). They have messed up multiple orders of mine. First time they made 2 sandwiches instead of 1. I refused to payfor 2 so they gave me the 2nd one - that lady was also quite rude about it. Today I waited almost 10 minutes for a Chai latteand they threw in 2 donuts. The staff are generally very nice and friendly. I do appreciate that they may have a labor shortageand are willing to do this work! But they need to pick up the pace. Read more
Slow, rude, horrible donuts. Last time I go here. Today I ordered 50 munchkins assorted. There were glazed that were hardly... glazed, Pink powdered, and chocolate. No mention of there only being three types. I tried them 1-2 years ago, I guess I gotthere too early in the morning since the munchkins were all wet dripping with glaze. The woman who was either a supervisor orowner told me I should be happy and grateful because the reason they were like that was because they were so fresh. She saidthey?ll harden up, they did not. The worst experience ever 2 people working at the counter and o had it wait more than 20 m for a latte!!!!!!!!! Brianna and Sarah were amazing - friendly and helpful. We went twice in one day due to being In a soccer tournament and they... were unfazed by the group of boys. The store and bathroom were clean. Highly recommend this location! Read more
