I'm not sure what time the reviewers are going to this place that have complaints, probably during rush hour, so they should... expect lines and business, but I've never had a problem. I do go on off hours, and sometimes wait and sometimes don't. If youare waiting, it's because of that person in front of you that orders 3 diffterent drinks with triple shots, extra whip, etc. Themore special requests, the longer it will take. Not the baristas fault. Staff have always been friendly and as quick as can bewhile still maintaing the accuracy of the orders. I don't get food there, just coffee, so I cannot comment on that other thanit's a coffee shop, not a full cafe, so of course, selections are limited. . Read more
No idea what happened to this Starbucks, it used to be good but now they never have anything vegetarian in stock. I?m amazed... that a national chain like Starbys advertises something that they never have. Note to mgmt: please fix. There are hungryvegetarians that can?t get anything except a dry bagel. Read more
This place it awful!! I would like to give them no star. The customer service was terrible from the start. We must of been... bothing them. The coffee's were made wrong. We didn't bothing saying anything but when I asked for more cream because it didn'tlook anything like the picture the expression on her face made it very clear I was asking to much. We ordered two Cold brewpumpkin coffees, would of been nice to have what wanted. Very sad how people have no customer skills anymore. Read more
I don't know what has happened to this place, but they are almost never open after 2 pm. They don't post their hours so it's... just guess or check if they are around. The service is slow and the employees lack sanitary protocols. Many people touch yourorder without reason and I've witnessed the employees sniffing drinks. I'd prefer to go into the Boro and get coffee at a localbusiness instead of going here. Read more
Classic Starbucks experience. Went in, was greeted nicely, ordered my drink, and received it shortly. No complaints.
Love this Starbucks! The staff is always very nice and accommodating, even when things get busy. Never had a bad order here,... they clearly put in effort to make good drinks. Read more
Absolute terrible service. Asked for a drink. They started making it fine. Then she made it wrong and every employee sniffed it.... She dumped some out to drink it and replaced the missing drink with ice. I asked her to remake it and she was verydisrespectful. Very disappointed. Read more
I used to go here all the time but this place and Starbucks in general seems like it has gone downhill. I gave this location... another try the other day and had the same awful experience. The staff if just rude and slow. Starbucks used to be the coffeepeople but I don?t even think the people that work here even drink it. I am a long term stock holder and think I am going tosell it. I have been going to Dunkin for there milky overly sweet coffee even thought I don?t care for it. At least they sayhello and are happy to serve you.
