Usually a very good place, fairly quick at getting sandwiches made. Always friendly.
I wish the app was easier to use or they had offers that could also be applied in store like the buy 2 get 1 free.
The last 3 times that I?ve been in the Pennington gap location have been everything but good, the dark haired brown/black headed... younger girl that works there has a ?bad? day ?everyday? to hear her tell it she?s everlasting throwing the sandwiches aroundshe blows and gets huffy over the least little thing, I was in there last week and two guys walked in behind me and sheliterally bangs the counter and says to her co worker that she ?just can?t with today? that she?s had ??more than she can take?,my girl friend went in today for soup at 530 pm she asked for 6 bowls but they barley had enough for 3, when asked if they couldmake more the girl tells her ?no, it?s to late for that? and they had hours before closing. I wouldn?t even give this place 1star if I didn?t have to. If you want subway I?d advise you go somewhere other than this location. Read more
I'm from out of town, and I really Loved this little subway restaurant! We were visiting my Grandmother from down the road a... ways, at the Nursing Home! We came down to get a bite of lunch, while they feed Grandma @ the Nursing home! The people were sonice and friendly and truly made us feel right @ home! Even the few other customers who came in while we were there, had a youngbaby just about the age of our great-Grandson (whom we were missing terribly, lol) ???? So that made it even more nice! Butseriously, for the most part everyone that we usually meet while in Virginia are so incredibly friendly and really make you feellike a friend or family & not just a "passer-through" lol! Read more
