Made a hefty come up this evening at the king. Was on my second four loko of the evening and I pulled up for some juicy meat... lodged between gods softest buns. My colleague and I got a crispy chicken sandwich and a plain cheeseburger. Got a bag with 2bacon kings, a chicken sandwich, and a lot of mozzarella sticks. I would be a fool to complain. So, it?s Burger King, you know what your getting ahead of time that?s why you?re there.This is a brand new location that is... currently working out the kinks and trying to find employees and get them trained. On my current visit the register we?re havingissues and it was cash only, no big deal, the reason for the long positive review is due to the way I witnessed the owner dealwith a rude and inappropriate customer. The owner handled the situation with a calm and professional attitude which was veryimpressive and for that this location deserves a great review. Bring your patience as they get everything situated. This was my first visit to this Burger King which just opened last week. I was impressed with the service and quality of food. ... Burger King french fries usually aren't very good, but they were really tasty this time. The dining room was open after 8pm,which is more than I can saw about the neighboring McDonalds. Everything was clean as would be expected in a new restaurant. The parking lot entry from Route 663 is a little bit challenging, as there is a tight turn to get into the parking lot, which mylong truck barely fit through. The only negative thing that I noticed, is that the dining room had annoying paper straws,instead of plastic straws. They were among the better paper straws that I've used, but they still aren't as good as a plasticstraw.... The workers seemed friendly and they were quite busy keeping up mainly with the drive-thru traffic. This place willbe a good addition to the community. Read more
We love BK. Was happy to see one come to Pennsburg. Have gone twice. It is horrible! One time went when it was supposed to still... be open and they were closed. Tonight got 3 mozzarella stick orders instead of 3 cheeseburgers. Try to call the place and getsome BK office in Norristown. If you own this business, you better get your act together quick!!!
