Portions seemed to have gone down since covid. Nice staff but not great with making sure you have your food. Waited 20-30... minutes for my meal while it sat on their kitchen counter and everyone passed it not thinking a thing of it. Needless to say, Iwas the last to finish eating in my party. Read more
My family and I were patrons 3 nights in a row at this location due to proximity to hotel. The service was outstanding the first... 2 nights , the third night we encountered the waitress from hell. Rude a derogatory would be an understatement. So I discussedwith the manager the situation and she completely understood but said there wasn't much she could do, she did comp me a drink. Iproceeded to tip a random bus person 20 bucks and another random waitress a 20. Rude people suck. Read more
I?m too nice to not leave a tip or send food back. You clearly see that I barley touch my food, you mess up a dish, and you... forget something after I order and again after I remind you. Disappointed. I've had many good meals in the past. The waitress was disconnected she never asked if we needed anything after... we got our food Two of the four orders were wrong they had small requests and they were wrong. My stake was cooked correctly buthad gristle in the entire stake I did not eat it because I couldn't cut through it. The waitress never asked if everything wasokay. I?ve given this chain so many chances over the years. My most recent (and last) experience was by far the most disappointing.... The abysmal quality of the food, packaging, order accuracy, and pick-up wait times is unacceptable and frankly pitiful. I almostbroke my tooth on a ?brownie?. You could hammer nails with this thing. I have it on video. That brownie, which is picturedbelow, was put in a styrofoam cup that melted, causing the ice cream it came with to go all over my carpet and table. Neveragain. Read more
Applebee?s...is like the go to because they?re so close and have some of the best Long Island iced tea?s. Pennsville has a good... wait staff...we had Rickii the last time and she really had me laughing ????. Keir (I may have spelled his name wrong) is a goodwaiter also, he even remember the type of drinks we were going to order. Keep up the good work Pennsville ????? Server was inattentive and preoccupied with other guests who appeared to be regulars. Food was cold, stale and unpalatable. By... the time the server had checked back in, we were done eating. Manager attempted to resolve issue by offering dessert. In theend, she took 10% off the bill. I will not be returning. Read more
