This is my favorite Dunkin', the only store in the county that makes really good iced tea.
Inside of store not open to public. Ever. Called and was told it was because they are ?short on employees?, but the door is... locked every day for months. Very long drive through line. Read more
It?s 7am, the sign says they open at 5am, the door is locked and when I knock on the window to get the attention of the girl... who?s on her cell phone, she replies they are not opened. This is why companies go out of business. Hiring employees who donothing when not managed. Read more
Clean store & employee was friendly. There was a sign on door stating no public bathroom. It's my understanding that you must... provide a bathroom if you are open to the public. This store is located along I-295. Someone on the road for awhile may want acoffee & the use of a bathroom. Read more
I go every morning and the staff always make m y iced coffee just the way I like it.
I?m giving two stars because I always get great coffee here and the workers are so friendly. But I?d give zero if I could due to... their food. I?ve gotten raw, inedible bacon here multiple times which is a shame because I love their black pepper bacon. Ithrow it out almost every time and am wasting my money because I can?t eat it. Their donuts are stale
Nope. Terrible customer service. Like bad and in front of the kids bad. Nothing like a woman making a mistake on your order,... then blaming you, and telling you your rude when you disagree. Like anyone would order HOT latte and then between the orderspeaker and window go ya know, I want iced latte. And who specifies HOT? Slow down. It's just coffee ordered with a frenchaccent. It's a mishap not a conspiracy to have you making two extra coffees. Read more
