Don?t go to this McDonalds. We did a curbside order and it took 25 minutes. A worker came out and gave our food to another car... then asked us what our order was. He went back in and then came back out to us and again asked what our order was. We then got amessage that our order was complete so we went inside to find what was going on. When we asked, the manger rudely told us we gotit! We are making it! We asked what was going on and she rudely said he gave it to someone else. Read more
This is the slowest mcdonalds around. Staff is rude. Something is always wrong with their ice cream machine. I'm surprised... people even come here. Absolute trash establishment. As far as McDonald's go this place was decent. Only ran through the drive through but the food was right and fairly quick
The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They almost never get my order correct, even if there's nothing special... ordered. Seriously, like twice in 15 years was my order correct if I ordered more than one thing. There's a fifty percent chancethat my food is REALLY old. Order extra cheese? Well, you'll get a cold piece of cheese on a Luke warm burger. Fries are usuallybrown because they hardly ever change the grease in their fryers. That's not particular to this McDonald's though. This location is absolutely awful. It doesn't matter how slow they are its never less than a ten minute wait for food. Most of... the time it takes 5 minutes or more for them to even acknowledge my presence at the counter. Although several people lookdirectly at me. Then it's still an easy 10 minutes till I get my order. As I watch the people working there the ones that aredoing something have no sense of urgency. The rest are busy socializing. This McDonalds location had a rather nice look on the exterior, quite standard cookie cutter style you?d expect from McDonalds.... The interior, though, was very modern and clean. The colors were vibrant and such. The food was good, can?t complain about thefast and tasty service here. I would have to say though, during my dine in experience there was a employee, a young man who wasobviously staring at my table and talking to his fellow employees about us and laughing. He?d watch us from afar and it made usfeel slightly uncomfortable. Other than this, the food and service was great. Read more
One job to do at 3:44am no one else in line in the drive thru and they still mess my order up!!!!! How do you get it wrong when... the receipt says it right on it. Can?t even eat the burger because I can?t stand the taste nor the smell of them. Very verydissatisfied, hungry and disappointed beside the point of being out 8.89 plus tax. Almost mad about it. I?m hungry and waslooking forward to eating Double Quarter Pounder. Will try not to return to this McDonalds and don?t recommend it if you want orneed a special order. Read more
This mcdonalds is always an issue, between drive thru, in store, curbside AND uber eats/delivery. I can't believe I'm rating a... mcdonalds but it's absolute garbage every time. -- coming from an ex mcdonalds worker, I know the job can be stressful sometimesbut it's pretty straight forward job ???? they need to replace staff or find a better way to handle things, because yikes...
