Short staff, if you really want pizza hut order for pickup. When you call you don't get a staff member from this location you... get an order taker that only takes orders. If have any type if issues with your order or any other questions that person willtransfer you to somewhere else. You sit on hold for 30 minutes or more. Ordered over an hour ago and call to see where my delivery is of course to no avail. They put me on hold for over 12 minutes. I... am currently on hold at the moment. First, they said 90 minutes for delivery. That is the longest I ever waited. It took almost 100 minutes, even though the... tracker said it was on its way at 34 minutes. The only thing that was "warm" was the chicken. For the first time, I wascompletely disappointed in Pizza Hut. I felt bad for the driver. He told me he was the only driver there and was really busy. Ordered food and paid online at 830pm with delivery time of 25-35 minutes. 2 hours later still no food, called the store and... was left on hold for 15 minutes. Decided to drive down and store was closed and everyone went home. Happy to take my moneythough. Better off going to Gus?s or Pat?s, better quality than their cheap ingredients and you might actually get your order. Read more
