Wow this place is a hidden gem, I have lived in the area for years and never visited until just recently. The Supreme Pizza is... kinda shockingly good. Light and tangy when it needs to be, savory and full-bodied when you want that. How does one pizza dothat? Also had an order of the truffle fries that were great. We went on a Sunday afternoon and even given that it wasn't very busy the service was excellent nonetheless. Beer was cold which... is always good in my book, and we ordered the truffle fries as an appetizer. No fries were crispy and well seasoned and thecitrus aioli should have come in a quart jar. We stop by on a whim. Coming back to Canon City from an appointment in Colorado Springs. The waitress was super nice! Originally... we were going to take our order home because we had our fur babies with us. But we ended up having our lunch there. They haveindoor and outdoor seating. We throughly enjoyed this place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We decided on the Supreme pizza and were not... disappointed. Stocked bar and a good selection of beers on tap. Next trip back to Penrose we will be back to try the rest ofthe menu. Read more

The service was super slow but the food was really really good. We were sent there on a recommendation, and I definitely don?t... regret the decision, I just wish it had been faster. The pizza is fantastic, and you can also custom make your own sandwicheswhich is pretty cool. Read more
