Had the worst experience tonight. The young lady working couldn't have been more rude. She kept re asking the same questions... because she had airpods in and wasn't listening. I said no onions she put onions when i asked her to removed them from thesandwich she very rudely flicked them off the sandwich into the lettuce and didn't removed them all. Who ever owns this locationi hope this review is seen. That girl was awful unfriendly and didn't smile once not even a greeting when we walked in door.Also worst sandwich ever. Came here once today & never again going back. The sandwich is not good at all literally made me nauseous. I understood that... their was a line but i worked at a subway myself and it?s not that hard making a sandwich right just sayin. DONT EAT HERE!!! Read the Yelp reviews, this place has gotten many people sick from bad food and hopefully my family is not... next. We went in today as we are traveling and excused the molded avocado sitting in the case with the ?fresh? food because wewere in a hurry. Big mistake. On top of the worst customer service and confrontational attitude, my sandwich had ?fresh?mozzarella that was sour and my three year old was given a moldy tomato on her sandwich. When we went back in to get our moneyback the guy behind the counter said we were wrong and the tomato?s were prepped that morning - as I was holding the moldytomato in front of him! He then ate a piece of mozzarella and told us he was proving a point. I reported them to the healthdepartment so hopefully they get shut down. Read more
My wife ordered our lunch online because I didn't want to stand in line. I got there to pick up our food at the time specified... when we placed the order. I ended up standing there for 20 minutes while the employees continue to take orders from walk incustomers. I finally had to ask them where my food was and they hadn't even started it yet. When I got my order home my hotsandwich that was supposed to have double meat on it, was cold as ice and the bread was so stale that the whole thing fell apartin my hands. The double meat portion than I paid for turned out to be a standard portion of chicken and 1 1/2 pieces of bacon. My wife ordered a wrap and when she opened up the wrapper, the tortilla was very stale and badly torn in two places. I knowthat quality and value has dropped a lot with the Subway brand, but this takes the cake. I have never had somebody fail soterribly at making sandwiches. This is a perfect example of what the end result of the participation trophy culture looks like. It is abundantly clear that no one has taught these two kids to have pride in a job well done. Hiring kids like this andleaving them unsupervised is a great way to put a franchise out of business. I wish that I could leave less than just one star. Read more
The Staff here is super friendly! The line moves quickly & everything inside & out is so very nice & clean! Plenty of parking... space, truck/trailer parking too, right off the I-80 Freeway & just down Taylor road of you?re coming from Penryn! Good forfamilies or anyone in need of a quick healthy bite to eat! Read more
This location is not busy at all. Normally only 1 person is working in the afternoon evening hours. The food is always great... and the bread is super soft 100% of the time I've gone. Ive never had any problems here and so I keep going back for more! Read more
