The interior will make up for the lack of... details outside; you are greeted with an enchanting environment set in the woodlands of the smokey mountains as depicted by thewall murals and the floral decorations. The food choices can best be expressed as sub-par, yet this does not describe thedeliciousness of what is served. It isn't often you find places that still cook pizzas in a brick oven. I love Maple Forest Cafe! I am from New England and it makes me feel at home. Not only is it so cute, cozy, and clean- the food... is SO good! It?s hard to find brick oven pizza like that in the south! AND, they have soft serve ice cream, just like what I hadgrowing up. The maple soft serve is like Heaven on earth. I keep bringing new people to try this place out- they always love it!My husband has been begging to go, so I?m finally taking him this Saturday.
